• Location: 18255 Victory Boulevard Reseda, CA 91335 (Venue Name: OneGeneration Hall) - Parking is free and event is open to everyone! Additional parking at Victory Park next door to venue.
• Doors Open: 11:30 AM
• 90 Minute Zumba Event Starts: 12:30PM-2PM
• Entry: Present eTicket QR Code at door for entry. If you have multiple ticket purchases in one order, you must all check in as a group at the event.
• Attire: Recommended to rock your ASRGE merch! Merch will also be available for purchase at the event
• Spots are first come first serve - Numbers and spot placement will be give to each individual.

Waiver Liability acknowledged when tickets are purchased:

I hereby acknowledge and fully understand the potential dangers incidental to engaging in the dance, fitness and exercise activities, including Zumba® and STRONG Nation™ classes and that such activities require physical effort and exertion. I further acknowledge and agree that (i) I am responsible for consulting my physician or other health care provider prior to enrolling and participating in a Class to determine whether participating in a Class is appropriate for me; (ii) I will not enroll in or participate in Classes if my physician or health care provider advises against it; and (iii) if I experience faintness, dizziness, pain or shortness of breath at any time during a Class that I will stop immediately and contact my physician or health care provider

I acknowledge and understand:

My participation in a class could result in my exposure to bodily injury, illness, loss or death, as well as property losses and/or damage to property. For and in consideration of Daryl Ogalino, Zumba Fitness, LLC (“Zumba”) permitting me to enroll in the classes and in recognition of the possible dangers to which I voluntarily subject myself by participating in the classes and related activities, I ACKNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTAND.

• I hereby voluntarily for myself, my spouse, assignees, heirs, guardians or personal representatives, from the date of entry into this Waiver and Release, hold Zumba and the Instructor teaching the classes I enroll and participate in, as well as their agents, employees, officers, directors, spouses, assignees, heirs, guardians or personal representatives blameless and waive any and all rights and causes of action and associated costs for any accident, injury, illness or death, occasioned by my participation in the Classes, unless caused by the negligence of Zumba or the Instructor, their agents, employees, officers, directors, spouses, assignees, heirs, guardians or personal representatives.
• In the event I am injured, I voluntarily agree to assume any financial obligation, either through personal health insurance, or through some other means, for any medical costs which I incur and Zumba and the Instructor teaching the class assumes no responsibility for any medical expenses, injury, or personal damage suffered by me in connection with the use of any facilities or services in connection with the Classes, unless caused by the negligence of Zumba or the Instructor, their agents, employees, officers, directors, spouses, assignees, heirs, guardians or personal representatives.
• I hereby voluntarily assume all risk of damage or loss to my property while participating in the classes and relieve Zumba and the Instructor teaching the class from liability for any and all property damage or loss, unless caused by the negligence of Zumba or the Instructor, their agents, employees, officers, directors, spouses, assignees, heirs, guardians or personal representatives.
• Photography and videography at event. I hereby grant the following rights and permissions to ASRGE, his/her heirs, legal representatives, and assigns, those for whom Photographer is acting, and those acting with his/her authority and permission. They have the irrevocable, perpetual and unrestricted right and permission to take, use, re-use, publish, and republish photographic portraits or pictures of me or in which I may be included, in whole or in part, or composite or distorted in character or form, without restriction as to changes or alterations, in conjunction with my own or a fictitious name, or reproductions thereof in color or otherwise, made through any medium at his/her studios or elsewhere, and in any and all media now or hereafter known, specifically including but not limited to print media and distribution over the internet for illustration, promotion, art, editorial, advertising, trade, or any other purpose whatsoever. I specifically consent to the digital compositing or distortion of the portraits or pictures, including without restriction any changes or alterations as to color, size, shape, perspective, context, foreground or background. I also consent to the use of any published matter in conjunction with such photographs. I hereby waive any right that I may have to inspect or approve the finished product or products and the advertising copy or other matter that may be used in connection with them or the use to which they may be applied. I hereby release, discharge, and agree to hold harmless Photographer, his/her heirs, legal representatives, and assigns, and all persons acting under his/her permission or authority or those for whom he/ she is acting, from any liability by virtue of any blurring, distortion, alteration, optical illusion, or use in composite form, whether intentional or otherwise, that may occur or be produced in the taking of such photographs or in any subsequent processing of them, as well as any publication of them, including without limitation any claims for libel or violation of any right of publicity or privacy

You acknowledge and agree that by clicking on a purchasing and attending the event, you are submitting a legally binding electronic signature and are entering into a legally binding contract. You acknowledge that your electronic submission constitutes your agreement and intent to be bound by these terms. Pursuant to any applicable statutes, regulations, rules, ordinances or other laws, including without limitation the United States Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act, P.L. 106-229 (the "E-Sign Act") or other similar statutes, YOU HEREBY AGREE TO THE USE OF ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES, CONTRACTS, ORDERS AND OTHER RECORDS AND TO ELECTRONIC DELIVERY OF NOTICES, POLICIES AND RECORDS OF TRANSACTIONS INITIATED OR COMPLETED THROUGH THE ASRGE WEBSITE OR SERVICES OFFERED BY ASRGE. Further, you hereby waive any rights or requirements under any statutes, regulations, rules, ordinances or other laws in any jurisdiction which require an original signature or delivery or retention of non-electronic records, or to payments or the granting of credits by other than electronic means.
